three cheers for cheerios

I remmeber one of my professors in library school declaiming about how children's books could be made more accessible to everyone: his ideas included having books as the prizes in "Happy Meals." He must be a happy man today, because Cheerios is giving books away as cereal prizes--real books even! (If they were all the bizarre Cheerios Counting Book, I would be considerably less thrilled.) We got Horace and Morris Join the Chorus. (But What About Delores?) by James Howe.

Googling reveals this isn't even a new promotion, but the fourth year running for book prizes. This is what I get for shopping at Trader Joes.
