Net Galley had Stewart's Fetching which was good but also first person. How about Perera's Guantanamo Boy. It looks sad, but third person. And Net Galley had some nonfiction, too. Loved Today the World is Watching You, about the Little Rock Nine.
Can you get books from NG quickly? I thought there was an approval process. I did sign up, but have never actually followed through. :-\
